Yesterday, Nintendo was playing the Final Eventa 1 Final for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate North America Open 2019. In this stream, Nintendo briefly cut off the campaign to return to the comments of hosts and ResetEr, he believed that Nintendo had done this shortened page to hide the delay experienced by players. That is In spite of the fact that the hosts themselves claim that the players have no delay.
Here you can see the Twitch snapshot of the announcers, which is different from the campaign.
The presence of the delay is confirmed by one of the players, as shown below.
Much delay. We do not know where it came from because games 1 and 2 were quite decent.

It's no secret that the web experience for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate it was less than star – another issue that is present in Switch Online. Nintendo can not be accused of having made a deliberate move to divert attention from the backlog, but the fact that they lie this is problematic. Perhaps the host really did not know that players are lagging behind; I will not exclude this. But someone in Nintendo should know better.[Source/Via]
