Coach Bruce Mwape has named his final list for the Continental Women's Contest starting next week in Ghana

Zambia has confirmed its latest 21-man team for the African Nations Cup in 2018, to be held in Ghana this month.

Coach Bruce Mwape will lead Shepolopolo to the second women's championship in Ghana, with three goalkeepers, eight defenders, five vezistors and five strikes.

The list consists of six players who took part in their first prize in Namibia in 2014 (Hellen Mubanga, Hazel Nali, Anita Muelnga, Grace Zulu and Mary Mwakapila).

The list also includes Barbara Banda, who reached the only goal of the 2014 edition and achieved three goals that the nation won against Tanzania and Zimbabwe in order to qualify for the exhibition in Ghana.

On Tuesday, Mwape revealed that a team that began preparing for a 3-2 win over Ghana hosts on Thursday dressed in Côte d'Ivoire to play some test matches.

They will be joined by attacker Banda in Abidjan before going to Cape Coast, where they will meet Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa during the tournament in Group B.
