Citizens who left the La Candelaria parish were mobilized along the Libertador Avenue after PNB officials prevented the start of the march, called by Juan Guaidó, the interim president of Venezuela.
Reports in Twitter show that the units are near the disturbance equipment. They claim that this exit point is not allowed.
Videos broadcast on the same network show that citizens are talking to officials to allow them to move to Avenue Francisco Miranda.
Carlos Julio Rojas, head of the neighborhood in the district, said that "we can not ask for permission from any landowner to go to prove it."
