Saraç was born in 1929 in Tanoba, Erbaa County, Tokat, and came from a highly educated family. Müderris Üzeyir Efendi, from his grandfather Nakşibendiye, worked as a professor at Niksar’s Madrasa Discovery Mosque. Müderris Üzeyir Efendi was among the few scholars of this period.
Bahaddin Saraç, the older brother of Emin Saraç, who began learning the Qur’an with his grandfather at the age of 6, his sisters Osman and Yusuf and his sisters were raised as a memorial to the Koran.

Emin Saraç remained in the Üçbaş madrasah until 1950.
