Tottenham is increasingly confident that he will sign Fulham Ryan Sessegnon's young man at the end of the season, says The Daily Mirror.
Sessegnon has been strongly linked to relocating to Tottenham in the past but has so far resisted any temptations to leave the Fulham club.
The 18-year-old will only have 12 months to run his current deal at Fulham at the end of the season and he is delaying signing a new contract with Cottagers.
Since Fulham is certainly definitely pushed to the championship this season, Sessegnon is thinking about his future at Craven Cottage and Tottenham is waiting for wings.
Despite being in the Premier League Premier League in the first season, Tottenham is still excited about the teenager and will agree in the summer if Fulham does not make progress in contract negotiations.
Only Borussia Dortmund starlet Jadon Sancho (12) registered more assistance than Sessegnon (five) of all teenagers in the first five European leagues this season, but Fulham's youth generally fought this season, as evidenced by his score of 6.44.
