SINGAPORE – The Personal Mobility Driver (PMD) was injured after a collision between him and an electric scooter on Saturday evening (March 16th).
In the incident shot, a PMD rider is shown, looking like a wheel crossing the road, with the traffic light flashing green for his benefit. The e-scooter rider on the road later crashes into it.

The police said they were alerted to an accident along Pasir Ris Drive 1 towards Pasir Ris Drive 8 on Saturday at 18.21.
A PMD driver in a disaster, a 37-year-old man, knew when he was taken to the General Hospital Sengkang.
Police are investigating the incident.
The Act on Active Mobility stipulates that an individual should never drive PMD on the road.
PMDs include motorcycles, electric scooters, single-wheeled bikes and hoverboards, were reported on the website of the Land Transport Authority.
