The time of the day when most calories burn. Keep this in mind

Burning calories becomes essential if we want to lose a few pounds. Nutrition and sport have a great contribution, but also a certain time of the day. And this is because the burns are more intense at this time and you can take advantage of weight loss.

A new study shows that the time of the day when the body naturally spawns most of the calories, which is the result of a circadian rhythm that controls the internal clock of the body and the cycle of the night. These rhythms affect the burning of calories, especially on holidays where the human body can consume 10% more calories in late afternoons and evenings afternoon, compared to early morning. More specifically, nearly 130 calories burned in the afternoon and in the evening without any effort, which could affect health.

The study, published in Journal of Current Biology, underlines the fact that the circadian rhythm dictates not only the desire to rest, but also the complexity of metabolism that operates within a 24-hour period. Thus, people with an incorrect sleep schedule, including those working in shifts, are obese and tend to develop conditions such as type II diabetes, cancer or cognitive decline. Even if we do not hear it, the biological clock works continuously.

"It is possible that when eaten and energy consumption needs are low, this activity can lead to an increase in weight," said Jeanne Duffy, a study student at Brigham and a women's hospital.

When most calories burn
The study was studied by seven men, both women and men aged between 38 and 69, who remained free of glass, sandy schedule, telephone or the Internet for 37 days, do not know at what time it is outside. Every night the participants slept four hours later than the previous evening, this habit lasts for 3 weeks. In this way, the internal clock of the body was forced to keep rhythm, and the researchers observed that the biological periods of the body were completely different from the day.

All those who participated in this study had to carry sensors for measuring body temperature, which allowed researchers to determine the period of most calories. Higher body temperature, more calories burned. Thus, it was found that the burning rate of calories was lower at night when the body temperature dropped, and 12 hours later calories burned in the afternoon.

Naturally, even if you are planning your meals and watching the respect of this program, remember that training is another very important aspect. Even if you do not go to the gym, every effort, each movement, involves the acquisition of energy, and the necessary number of calories is used to ensure the least movement from hand raising to sweeping through the house.
