MANILA, Philippines – The net satisfaction of Vice-President Lena Robredo and former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo was included in the latest survey on social meteorological stations, while Senate President Vicente Sotto III maintained its "very good" result.
According to the SWS data, after falling by 14 points, from 14 to 42 in June, the net credit rating of Robreda dropped from "good" to "moderate." The results also showed that its ratings decreased in all areas, except in Metro Manila.
"A 14% reduction in the overall net satisfaction of Vice President Robred was due to a 21 points decrease in Visayas, 18 points in Mindanaou and 13 points in Balance Luzon, together with a stable net rating in Metro Manila." SWS said in a report published on Tuesday night.
Arroy's results were at -20, compared to -17 March 2019, despite a three-fold increase in Visayah.
On the other hand, Sotto achieved a slight decrease, compared to +61 in March 2019 at 60 in June. This is mainly attributed to drops in results from Mindanao, from +58 to +50; and in Balance Luzon, from +65 to +60.
The reductions were compensated for increases in Visayas (+3) and Metro Manila (+11).
The judgments of President Lucas Bersamin remained moderate, from +14 to +13.
"The reduction in the total net satisfaction of the President of the Bersamino Court for 1 point is the result of an increase in the number of points in Metro Manila by 24 points and 4 points in Visayas, together with 11 points on Balance Luzon and 4 points in Mindanao," SWS said.
"Net satisfaction with Bersama's Supreme Judge has increased by two levels, from poor to moderate ones in Metro Manila, from -11 in March to +13 in June," they added.
The Supreme Court's perception was also the highest since November 1990, with a point of +54.
The attitude of the people to the Senate remained very good with a score of +63, compared to +62 in March; while the House of Representatives had a record high +48.
SWS said that between June 22nd and June 26th he personally talked with 1,200 adult Filipinos before Arroyo officially ended his term as the other district representative of Pampanga and the president of the House of Representatives.
Respondents were divided into 300 at four locations – Balance Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas and Mindanao. Respondents were asked to evaluate four officials according to their satisfaction or dissatisfaction in the performance of their duties.
The survey had an error rate of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
