Figures published last week showed Broadmeadows-Khandallah, Northland, Hataitai, Thorndon, Te Aro and Mount Victoria, who joined the club with millions of dollars, together with Seatoun, Oriental Bay-Roseneath and Kelburn.
The average value of the house in the capital is now $ 877,000.
The items that are generally available – Tawa, Newlands, Paparangi and Woodridge – have risen by more than 50%. The average values of houses in these suburbs exceed $ 600,000.
Berhampore, Mt Cook and Newtown once again had the highest growth in value, while average house values rose 55.8 percent to 860,000 dollars.
On Monday, QV CEO David Nagel said that Wellington's market had "come to life" after declining slightly by 2015.
When the estimates of the worlds were calculated in 2015, the average value of the house increased by 6.6 percent in the last three years.
Wellington's values may continue to increase, with interest rates remaining low, migration figures are high and the business sector continues to trust in the assets, Nagel said.
