Sonny Bill Williams joined Joe Moody at the Hard Black Club All Blacks.
Damage to the shoulder forced another fifth eighth Williams to resign from England on Sunday morning in the 30th minute and will no longer attend the tour.
All Blacks coaches Steve Hansen have been confirmed by a 33-year-old who was forced to sit down on a side-by side, as all the blacks who were going to win 16-15 in London might not be available for the remaining tests against Ireland and Italy in Dublin and Rome.
"It has a level of AC shoulder [injury]. It's possible [unavailable] maybe two, "Hansen said.

Williams, who was out of the rest of the tour, when the neighborhood player disproportionately divided his eyelids from training, suffered a number of injuries in the past week.
Wrist, knee and shoulder damage reduced William's performances for Blues (six) and All Blacks. The game in London was the fifth test look this year. Moody's also had a terrible misfortune with shoulders, fingers, knees and injuries of his thumb, and now he has a problem of eyelid, which made him enter various rehabilitation programs.
The game in Twickenham had to give selectors another chance to evaluate how the Williams-Jack Goodhue combination would gel in the hot air of the big dough, but the expected trip became a fizz player. Williams could not say the situation in a difficult situation and tried to keep a slippery ball when the rain fell down.
The pain in his shoulder was mixed with a frustrated trip, and his next appearance on the rugby pitch could be with the former All Blacks, mid-player Ma'Anna, when they will play next year next year on the Blues background . Williams is expected to be in the World Cup next year, but he will give up hope that he will remain in one piece to build his confidence before the tournament.
Experienced Crotty was very good when he was replaced by Williams. His longing and leadership were obvious, and he and his colleague Goodhue seems likely to be heading towards Ireland next Sunday morning.
Hansen said it was too early to determine whether Williams needed a replacement. If it is declared inadequate for the remainder of the tour, Ngani Laumape, who scored three hits a week ago in Tokyo before the test against Japan, appears to be a logical choice.
"We did not have time to discuss this. We'll see how he is [Williams] he pulls in the morning and a little later on this chat, "said Hansen.
