"At the time of diagnosis, parents are confused, wondering why their son is diabetes, what could cause this situation and become guilty. Frustrated and afraid that their son does not have normal development, "said an expert in the context of the World Diabetes Day, which took place today.
According to experts, in Mexico incidence diabetes in children is increasing and of 10 infants with this diagnosis, six have type I diabetes and four type II diabetes.

In order to cope with this situation, the expert said that it is important that parents and family members seek psychological support in order to prevent diabetes from limiting their lives.
