Liverpool are sending scouts to watch the Turkish shooter

Liverpool are expected to send scouts tomorrow to watch over the performance of Turkish goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir in the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Norway, according to Assist Analiz (via Sport Witness).

The shooter is currently trading for Trabzonspor, and representatives of leading European clubs are expected to join the Reds for the upcoming international appearance of the 24-year-old.

Does Liverpool need another goalkeeper?

Since Caoimhin Kelleher is now firmly established as our guardian no. 2, we should seriously question the veracity of the report in question.

Excluding the fact that the Irishman is only two years younger than Cakir, we have a host of talented young goalkeepers who would do very well in Adrian’s third place if the Spaniard were to leave the club as expected in the summer.

There is simply no need to reinforce the area in the upcoming transfer window – by this we suggest that you rent a tipper to unload the required amount of salt for which this last application invites.
