Storm Keating gave an insight into family life as she shared a moving tribute to stepdaughter Missy as they celebrated her twentieth birthday.
the Australian television producer shared a series of photos of the family with his 124,000 followers on Instagram.
Storm wrote a heartfelt post and said, “That wonderful soul on her 20th birthday. @missyykeating we are so proud of the young woman you have become.
“You are smart, kind, positive and funny and fill the house with so much energy and sparkle every day. You have the most beautiful heart and that makes you one of my favorite people in the world. “
The 39-year-old added that she felt she had won the “lodge for stepdaughters,” she writes;
“I love our chats and I feel like I won the” daughter’s “daughter’s lottery haha … even though” stepdaughter “doesn’t cover it yet. You’re more than a younger sister and a friend I want to protect I’ve always adored.”
Storm became the stepmother of Missy and her siblings when she married Boyzone star Ronan Keating in 2015.
The couple met in 2012 and have since welcomed two children, son Cooper and baby Coco Knox, who was born during last year’s Covid-19 prison.
They currently live in a luxurious mansion in Barnes, just outside London.
Dubliner Ronan has three children with his ex-wife Yvonne Connolly – a son Jack and daughters Missy and Ali.
A series of snapshots reveals the close connection between the family, as Missy is seen coping with two young half-siblings.
Storm also thanked her stepchildren and added, “Thank you for loving your crazy family the way you do – Cooper & Coco are so lucky to have such amazing older siblings, @jackrkeating and @ali_keating_.”
Ronan also visited his eldest daughter for her birthday on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself holding Missy in her arms.
He wrote, “Happy birthday to my oldest girl, who is still my baby girl. She’s 20 today. Where have the years gone?
“You are the most positively beautiful human being. Every morning when you walk into the kitchen, you light up the room. A bright shining star.
“I love you with all my heart. Let’s put together the best birthday party. #Roseoclock.”
Since Boyzone’s initial breakup, Keating has enjoyed a successful solo career, which has led him to tour several times and sell more than 20 million records worldwide.
Ronan also served as a judge for X Factor and The Voice in Australia and got his morning radio show on Magic FM.
