Star Trek 4 Shelved, as the director takes over the game of the thrones of Job

It seems that the fourth entry in the new Star Trek series has reached an intergalactic path. The deadline reports that SJ Clarkson, who was voted the first director of the franchise, is no longer involved in the project, but the film is "postponed".

Clarkson is busy without Star Trek as he runs a new spin-off game of Game of Thrones for HBO. Clarkson also directed episodes of Orange, New Black and Jessica Jones.

This is only the last step for Star Trek 4, as it was previously reported that Chris Pine, who played iconic captain Kirk, abandoned after the contract negotiations were terminated. Chris Hemsworth, who played Kirk's father, also allegedly could not conclude a contract.

Star Trek's re-launch in 2009 reached $ 385 million worldwide, in 2013 Star Trek: in the dark $ 467 million globally. 2016 Beyond was the worst performer, bringing in $ 343 million worldwide.

In August, it was reported that the new Star Trek movie was "a priority" at Paramount, with deals being expected for other members, including Zoe Saldan, Karl Urban, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg and John Cho. Anton Yelchin, who played Chekova in new films, died in June of 2016 in a car accident.

The fourth Star Trek was written by JD Payne and Patrick McKay, and even though the movie now may never happen, they write Amazon's ambitious television show Lord of the Rings. The story of Star Trek 4, which has never been discovered, was JJ Abrams's favorite producer in the history of the franchise.

What will happen to the new Star Trek movie is still to be seen, but no matter what happens, it does not appear to be coming soon.

The new, unnamed fourth Star Trek movie was to be followed by another Star Trek from Quentin Tarantino. However, it remains to be seen if this will ever happen.
