Second Mart customers have been granted permission to sell medical marijuana online.
Canada's Health List, which is authorized for sellers and producers of hemp, has been updated to reflect that the pharmacy can sell dry and fresh cannabis and plants, seeds and oil.
The company has set up a web site that says patients will "soon be able to buy a wide range of medical products from cannabis" with customers with a valid medical document.

In September, the company was granted a license for medical marijuana manufacturers after it was originally submitted in October 2016.
Buyers have said that they are not interested in the production of medical cannabis, but permission is needed to sell the product to patients.
