Update, November 30 at 3:36. ET: Google Weather Station seems to be restored and working again!
Original article, November 30 at 1:03 pm ET: If you are currently contacting the Google Weather Information Provider, you might be surprised by the answer. The Google Weather Station must be lower, because regardless of the location you ask for weather information, you get a zero level forecast.
I hardly believe there are zero degrees at Hawaii. There is certainly no degree in the yard.
If you use a traditional Google search on your browser, you still get weather information, but comes from third party services, most likely Weather.com. Usually, Google would display its formatted forecast.
If you are trying to ask questions about Google Home hardware such as Google Home Hub, you will not get a response. Instead, the server will offer the use of third-party services and ask if you want to do so. If you say no, the assistant drops the conversation.
As with most outages involving Google services, it is likely that this will soon be eliminated. At this time, I do not believe what Google tells you: I'm sure it's pretty hot in Phoenix in AZ, and not temperature below the bladder.
