Regina's Minhas brewery is accused of selling someone else's beer and causing it to mix in the local brewery industry.
Owner of Rebellion Brewery Mark Heise says that the brewery Minhas Sask in Queen City is selling its beer as its own.
She says she received an anonymous type on lunch Wednesday.
He says that he knew he did not sell the bowl in Minhas, and his business quickly took action to get his beer.
"I think it was just anger, the emotional anger that somebody did to us, and that's our product. It belongs to us, not to them," he said.
"It was very, very disturbing to know that our product, the other manufacturer, bought our product and sold it as our product without our knowledge."

Moni Minhas is President and CEO of the company, which opened its doors in Regina a few weeks ago.
He defended the decision to buy the IPA Rebelion Brewing, which says he bought a puppy from a friend who runs the cafe.
"From [Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority] law, we can sell Saskatchewan beer wines or distilled products in my city. Everyone can, "he said, but admitted that beer was not marked.
"In one part, they were correct, that my pipe handle did not indicate my name on it, because our graphic designer still worked on it."
He took on the problem of what he called the "innuendo" that the business did something wrong to be afraid of competition.
"As if we are doing something wrong or unlawful or unethical, I say no," he said. "I think he is a competitor who is worried about selling a better quality beer at half price."

Heise said he had publicly announced his battle in hopes of preventing Minhas from continuing this type of practice, or focusing on other local breweries.
"There has been a full recognition of the blame, and I hope this will end," he said.
The SLGA confirmed that it deals with complaints. It provided information on advertising and promotions. However, the material did not explicitly specify the rules on the labeling of beer from other brewers.
Regina Minhas was opened two weeks ago. It does not yet brew its beer, but Minhas said that he intends to do it in the future.
Heise said that he trusts the SLGA to perform his diligence in investigating this issue.
