A video posted on Reddit shows a man who pours gas on the lid and lights it up.
The man walked away, threw a can and started escaping to Starbucks when another man caught him.
They were taken to the cafe and held by more people.
The police arrived a few minutes later and arrested him.
EPS said that nobody was injured.
