The first scam: Gender is considered as training
One of the most common myths is that nice spraying between the plates will burn as many calories as a mile and a half of the cross. The study, published by PLOS ONE, shows that men average 100 calories during sex and women – about 69 calories.
According to researchers, men average 4.2 calories per minute during sexual intercourse, compared with 3.1 calories for women, says Men's Health magazine. One study estimated that in a six-month-old sexual person, only 20 calories burned in about 30 years, which is only 14 more than just sitting on a couch and watching television, Body + Soul reports.
Therefore, the claim that the sex can substitute for sports and exercise is a complete misconception.

Camilla Akerberg ensures that there are other ways to reach the desired hard neck, instead of thousands of feet of hours and hours.
"One thing is certain: hundreds of squats do not need," says the Australian, who for many years has avoided similar charges due to severe back injury. "They are a great exercise, but there are other enough moves for this."
The third misconception: daily calorie consumption is paid

Full carbohydrate extract is another danger, according to Australian food expert Lindi Cohen. "Even if you take a kilogram of carbohydrates from your diet, you do not want to do it for the rest of your life and usually after a complete disadvantage when you start eating a carbohydrate diet, you will quickly get back your weight, he says.
