The specialized criminal court banned the exit of the state accused of the former mayor of the Mladost district Desislava Ivanceva and her deputy Bilyani Petrovi. The court confirmed the prosecutor's request that the two defendants who are in the April arrest should not leave the country.

The two defendants, appointed by the judge, stated that they did not oppose the indictment. Biljana Petrova added: "I have no connection with this prohibition and do not oppose this request of the prosecution, as if I were already sentenced, and all the measures against me are taken only on the basis of the burden of the charges".

On 16 November, the specialized criminal court, the specialized criminal court, changed Ivanceva and Petrova's order to deprivation of liberty from "detention in custody" to "domestic detention", but on the same day, when the prosecution demanded a suspension from a higher level, she was respected and detained. This week, it is necessary to consider the prosecutor's request to prohibit the travel of the third defendant – Petko Dyulger, who is under house arrest.

Three are charged with one case – bribes in particularly large proportions.
