We reformers and democrats do not match, we do not forgive, we do not communicate and we only look for ways to differentiate ourselves. That's why we were unable to create customers. This was said by the former Bulgarian Prime Minister Ivan Kostov, who presented his memories of "Testimonies of the transition" yesterday in front of the crowd of the "Ceremonial" hall at the military club in Sofia.
He added that the main problem at the time of his reign was post-communist society, which was the majority. In his words, these people had problems with the reforms, because they prepared them to improve their lives and themselves.
In his words, privatization in his mandate was mandatory and in his opinion, he was very successful.
"The socialist economy was emptied of wealth, the state itself was in poor financial condition, and therefore we could not save the company, we served the state debt with a large percentage of budget revenues – about 35%, for example, I will be Greece at the moment -7% of revenue for external debt, "said Ivan Kostov.
