Traveling around the airport does not always offer much room for exploration, except for some shops and restaurants, but one airport seriously increases its shares with a magic new offer.
This is because Changi Airport in Singapore was transformed into the magical world of Harry Potter, and muggles are already mixing!
Wizards and witches that deal with their broomsticks for the benefit of planes will feel at home in Changi, which will be from Hogsmeade to Hogwarts Express, Diagon Alley and Newt Scamander's Menagerie.
Compiled in collaboration with Warner Bros. in order to celebrate Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald, fans will be involved in a variety of activities, including dressing as their favorite wizards dressed in pet clothes, learning for spells and even practicing Quidditch skill!
There are four different pop-ups that spread across three Changi Airport terminals, all inspired by locations from the original Harry Potter franchise and the new Fantastic Beasts series.
For example, terminal 3 airports will change to Hogsmeade, where guests will be able to watch Zonko's Joke Shop, Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop and Honeydukes Sweetshop.
Plus, for extra touch of magic, passengers will be treated on daytime snow and light stretches, so they will really feel like they came to Wizarding World during the festive season.
In the meantime, Hogwarts students can go to Diagon Alley, where they can dress in a pet clothes, capture a photo of the GIF from a magical mirror and decide to test their knowledge. (Of course there will be many official Harry Potter souvenirs to take over).
An athlete can try his hand at Quaffle Toss where you ride on a broom and throw balls into a row of rings to score points.
Meanwhile, those who are impressed by the fantastic beasts can follow the Newt Scamander's degrees and play with the giant Niffler, who turn around the stack of shiny coins until they are overturned. (Or go to Terminal 1, where you will find the mysterious creatures that hide).
Meanwhile, Terminal 2 will be home to replica the magic Whomping Willow – a step forward to take selfie, if you dare …
The wizarding world will appear by mid-February 2019 – if you are traveling to Singapore, it's worth a visit – just remember that you still have a flight to catch all the magic!
