“The couple allegedly used about RR 760,000 with the funds. He surrendered at his Johannesburg office accompanied by his lawyer and was then charged with fraud.
“They appeared today at the Specialized Court for Economic Crimes in Palm Ridge and were given bail of R3000. The case was adjourned to the disclosure of documents dated May 7, 2021,” she said.
